Crystal Sullivan, RYT has had a life long interest in the body/ mind/ spirit connection. She has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and certification through Sacred Rivers Yoga under the direction of Paula Scopino. There, she grew in her understanding that yoga (like life) is about loving the journey rather than focusing on the outcome. She has also had the honor of studying Yin and Yang Yoga with Paul and Suzee Grilley. Crystal holds a BS in Physical Therapy and an MS in Holistic Nutrition. She is committed to preserving the ancient yogic wisdom that invites "serenity to accept the things that cannot be changed, courage to change the things that can and the very elusive wisdom to know the difference." She is grateful for the opportunity to practice yoga in this dojo which honors tradition while acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual's journey.
