SCHEDULE - all classes are 1 hour 15 minutes
Saturday 8am - Power Yoga:
This class is designed for the more athletic participant. It is comprised of a series of
postures aimed at strengthening the body, improving cardiovascular health and calming the mind.
Sunday 6pm - Gentle Yoga:
A series of gentle stretches, poses and breathing techniques. The focus on this
class is uniting breath with movement while gently stretching and firming the body.
Great for weekend warriors in need of restoration and great for those looking to set
a healthy intention for the week!
Monday 9:30am - All Levels:
A series of poses designed to relieve stress and connect movement with breath while
increasing strength and flexibility. The class will provide a challenging workout but
can be modified for those desiring a less intense experience.
Tuesday 9:30am - Beginner Basics / Gentle:
*This is a (one time) requirement for those with no yoga experience. This class provides an introduction to yoga
philosophy and movement. Also appropriate for non-beginners seeking a gentler experience.
Wednesday 9:30am - All Levels
